Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) takes you into a deeper layer of consciousness where you hover between complete wakefulness and deep sleep.

It is in this place your nervous system finds healing and nourishment. The brain is in a state of awareness to set your intention for the new year.

You'll be guided through a series of images and sensations to reach this blissful state. It is shown 30 minutes of yoga nidra may be as restful as 2 hours of deep sleep. You will awake feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

 

What do you need for this class?


Bolster
2 Blankets
2 Blocks

You may use items around your home if you do not have props. Various pillow sizes work as well as sturdy boxes, a stool, or couch cushions. Get creative!

There's no wrong way to do this practice. Accessible to all levels as long as you are comfortable being on the floor or laying down in bed.

Streamed live via Zoom - You can have your camera on or off!

Recording will be available to watch within one hour of class ending.
