Start your transformational journey for deep rest and healing nourishment.

Rest and thrive.

Restorative yoga supports you in activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Also known as rest and digest.

This creates space for safety, connection, and joy.

It expands your inner capacity to navigate the daily stressors of life and go from surviving to thriving.

After my abusive relationship ended, I was exhausted, depleted, on edge, and anxious.

What I didn't know then was that my nervous system had been stuck in a constant state of fight or flight.

Restorative yoga and yoga nidra saved me.

I joined a yoga studio where I took my first restore class. Sometimes I would even fall asleep on the floor.

With each exhale, I felt weight lifted from my shoulders and suddenly I became light.

It was unlike any other type of yoga I had experienced before.

It was in this healing space that I slowly came back home into my body after years of trauma.

Rest is how I took my power back.

I want the same for you.

I created this free offering for you:

What is Restore and Yoga Nidra?

Restore is a relaxing form of yoga where you are supported with props on the floor. You can practice this in bed and also when you are feeling unwell.

In this class, you are guided through five different postures. It's important you feel comfortable and supported. Use as many props as you'd like.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) takes you into a deeper layer of consciousness where you hover between complete wakefulness and deep sleep. It is in this place your nervous system finds healing and nourishment. You may feel your body relax as your mind stays aware.

Yoga Nidra has the power to transform, heal, and rejuvenate you at your core with breath and systematic body awareness. You'll be guided through a series of images and sensations to reach this deeply relaxing state.

Stay open and receptive to the experience. There is no right way to practice. I invite you to become a compassionate observer.
